About 2 weeks ago we got to visit a good friend of ours and her bunch !!! Mr. G is a month younger than
Lanier.
This past weekend
Lanier got to go to her first birthday party !!
Charly turned one !
Great Friends and most of the kiddos...and two are due early next year
We have also been having fun with the camera...I say we..
Lanier is
not the biggest fan of the lens in her face all the time but all I can tell her is GET USE TO IT !!
Lanier has also been
experiencing somewhat of an allergy/sensitivity/who the heck knows what kind of reaction to her Gerber baby foods. First it all started out with me thinking it was the Oatmeal... ( note to story...Yes we tried all foods three days apart and nothing happened then) then we tried Oatmeal alone and without a fruit AGAIN... yep blotchy red marks on her temples and head... So I though it was bananas.. NOPE, same thing happened with pears and then applesauce... and the list continues. This all the while as we continued our veggies. She was fine on the veggies and I was going to make her some fruits but just had not gotten out to get the stuff. Well today we have now begun to have the same reaction to our
sweet potatoes. So off I went to the store, while
Lanier hung out with her uncle Jon.
Sad subject, Jon and Ashleigh are moving to Chicago in about a week. Only good thing is that our enitre family is up there and we can visit anytime... but sad because they won't be around to watch Lanier grow :(. Well, I made some sweet
potatoes and peaches and we will see how it all goes !!! Most be something in the preservative that she is sensitive too... a baby who only eats fresh food... HUH...

As I have mentioned,
Lanier is up on all fours and rocking back and forth. She is sitting up very well too !!!
