Fun at the Park

This is the first time I have been able to take her to the park and let her swing around for a while.  It has been so cold and during the fall she was still a little tiny.  The sun was out and a good 60 degrees.  It was a little chilly with the wind for a nuggie...so she had to wear her jacket.  She is also feeling much better since catching a little bug earlier in the week.  Her temp got as high as 101.7 but that isn't too bad.  Doc said to make sure she was hydrated.  She could have Pedialyte and Gatorade 2 ( low cal) to increase her fluids.  She is doing great now, just a little fussy but i think she'e got some chompers coming in.

Lanier is also VERY VERY excited to be going to little Carter mans FIRST borthday party tomorrow !! Im SUPER excited about it as well !!!

Valentine's Day pics

Ok so I wanted to surprise my husband and lanier's grandparents and get some shots for Valentine's Day.  Well this is what we got.  It was FREEZING and I swear we had snow flurries that day and snow the next.  She was only out for about 8 mins MAX.  Poor thing. I love the colors.  I made her whole outfit (minus the baby legs and shoes). I also made a cute v-day dress for her too.

ohh and the poor nuggie is sick today :( Temp so far has only been as high as 100.8 but we are about to hit early evening and it might spike up.  Lets hope not !!

Today I am surfing around on the internet looking for a invitation for my daughters FIRST birthday.  I cannot believe she is gonna be 1 in a month and half. INSANE.  We are just having a family get together this year, which I might add will be some 20 something people. Lanier's great grandparents are actually gonna be in town from Chicago too for her party..  SO excited.  I am also super excited to make her birthday outfit , I'm sure will impress her quilt/needlepoint making great grandmother  he he.

What we have been up to latley... its hard keeping up with this little one.. in turn I got a NEW lens since my prime ain't workin too good with this ACTIVE little girl

ALL OVER THE PLACE.  no steps on her own yet but close.  She just stood up from a squatting position (not holding on to anything) so we are well on our way

so yes... we had to purchase baby gates. I said we would never have baby gates.. well She kept pushing the dang ottoman... So here we are with the baby gate and stoli on the other side

ok so I know he looks like a bear in a cage that belongs at the zoo...  he is our family dog and this pup couldn't hurt a fly
