the week before last, I had noticed that Marrins left pupil seemed larger in certain lighting conditions. So a text to our Pediatrician ( that goodness shes a good friend of ours ) took us... 

on Friday for a little trip to see Dr. Byrd... Marrin got her eyes dilated and we came up with

this... Physiological Anisocoria  
its completely benign but she will be followed by Dr. Byrd. We go back in 6 months, then yearly after that.  Tim took a great picture of Marrin and I yesterday and I cropped it to show you these BEAUTIFUL BLUES !!!

today we go in for our TWO year and SIX month check ups !!! They are growing SOOOO fast !

here is a pic of Lanier from Sunday when she got a paw to the face from stoli... :(.  Lanier is really into  chasing the dogs around and I think stoli got excited and kinda swatted at her. Needless to say, when we get hurt, its always on our face. At least it wasn't as bad as the first dog claw encounter back in july.

 today we headed to the big backyard and I said to myslef, I cannot go and not take pics of the kids with the flowers... so we brought a change of clothes with us.
This is about as good as I got out of Marrin. She wasn't into it and her dress go dirty. ohh well

 precious Lanier in the most adorable outfit that I think we own.  I am sure its like super vintage, I'll have to investigate, but there is just something about this dress... ok so at dinner tonight (nana turned 88), I sent a text to Tim's aunt... and the dress is..... 54 years old. Tims aunt wore this. CRAZY !!

UPDATE !!! Grandma is doing great and got moved to the rehab floor yesterday. My mom will be up there for at least a month. Grams is a trooper !!! LOVES

here are a gazillion pics of what we have been up to lately.  My computer arrived yesterday, and it is AMAZING !!! 

Lanier had her first swim lessons with Mrs. Jenn and she loved the first 2 lessons but today... well not so much.  However, I did have to drag her out of bed to go... so... hopefully next time we will do better.  A friend of mine does her lessons, so let me know if anyone is interested.

this past weekend we celebrated Laniers birthday at little gym.  We were out of town one weekend, then I had to work, so this past weekend worked best for us.

 all her buddies showed up to run around and my girlfriends happened to be in town with their kiddos !!! So happy to see them ALL !!!

 then I went to take pics of the girls in a field of purple flowers (you've gotta take a look) only for them to have been mowed down :(.  I had it all planned, white dresses, no shoes, and a beautiful setting.  Ohh well.. we stopped and got these instead :)
