a day at the zoo with Court and Carter
and on April 15th Marrin had her HALF BIRTHDAY !!! I think I took them a couple days earlier to the doctor for their 6 month and 2 year check ups. Marrin weighed 15lbs 4 oz and was 50th in weight, 75th percentile in height and 10th percentile in head circumference. Lanier weighed 24 lbs 10 oz and that's all I remember. Sorry Missy.
So Marrin is sitting up, rolling from her back to belly, drooling EVERYWHERE, she is babbling up a storm and has the sweetest smile. She is still not the best sleeper, but thats OK, we forgive her. She takes 7-8 oz bottles and eats twice a day. She has got some light blonde hair coming in and no teeth. She is such a sweetheart. ohh and we are still on our Prevacid.
Lanier is just growing right before my eyes. Her vocabulary Amazes me everyday. She is so smart and counts to 10 + ( she loves 13 and 14 too). She knows her colors. she still loves her DeDe and Deets ( blankies new name from somewhere). She is sleeping in her BIG girl bed that is up off the floor and has no rails ( just a body pillow). She walks around saying " I yove you to everyone and everything." She loves tomatoes, blueberries, apples, fishy prets(zels), any dried fruit and her new obsession ( thanks in part to her father) chocie MILK !! she hates yogurt and applesauce. TOY STORY is in full force around our house. It's also so nice to be able to reason with her, as in, take 3 bites and you can have this :)
